Guitar GPS Content Studio Data Deletion Instructions

Guitar GPS Content Studio is a private internal application used by Guitar GPS Method to manage its Facebook Pages and Instagram Professional accounts.

Disconnect the Content Studio

An authorized Guitar GPS Method administrator can stop the Content Studio from accessing a connected account by:

1. Disconnecting the account inside Guitar GPS Content Studio, when that option is available; or
2. Removing the Content Studio through Meta’s Facebook or Instagram business-integration settings.

Request deletion of stored connection data

To request deletion of information stored by Guitar GPS Content Studio, email support@guitargpsmethod.com with “Content Studio Connection Deletion” in the subject line.

Please include:

• Your name and email address.
• The connected Facebook Page or Instagram account name.
• A statement confirming that you are authorized to manage that account.

After verifying the request, Guitar GPS Method will delete the applicable account identifiers, authorization tokens and associated Content Studio connection records.

Comments and messages displayed by the Content Studio remain stored by Facebook or Instagram and are not maintained as a separate permanent customer database by Guitar GPS Method.

Disconnecting an account does not automatically remove posts already published on Facebook or Instagram. Published content can be deleted directly through the applicable platform.
